Place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories that were included.

Print your prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the shipping carton, ensuring old labels are covered.

Drop Off
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
